Facebook Marketplace

• You would need to create/have a Facebook account to buy things from Facebook marketplace. You can find all kinds of items from furniture to clothing.
  
• Be careful though because there are scams out there. Typically you shouldn't pay for an item before seeing it in person, so if someone asks you for money before you see the item do not buy from them.
  
• You can bargain with the seller to see if they will sell you the item for less.
  
• You can also ask for the item to be delivered to you. If they deliver the item they may ask that you pay a little bit more because they will be driving to you.

• Similar to Facebook marketplace and you can actually sign in with a Facebook account. Same rules apply for payment. ​

Amazon

• You can order almost anything from Amazon and they can deliver it to you. Amazon has a paid membership that you can join to get free shipping and to receive items sooner.

Walmart

• You also can order almost anything from Walmart and they can deliver it to you too.

Ikea

• There is an Ikea store in the Twin Cities that can deliver furniture and home items to your house.

Task Rabbit

• https://www.taskrabbit.com
• Task rabbit is helpful if you need furniture delivered to your apartment but the store you are at does not offer delivery.
• They can also help with home repairs and putting furniture together. We have not personally had experience with them but we have seen their advertisements.
