About the Role
The purpose of a resident mentor is to share the love of Jesus with international students by fostering community and creating a space that students can call "home”. The role of a Resident Mentor is similar to that of a Resident Assistant (RA) in a college dorm setting, with the key distinctive of cultivating community within the house and sharing Jesus love through daily living and building genuine relationships with students. |
