Come for a time of yard games, pizza, and painting at Wabun Picnic Area - very near to Minnehaha Falls. Throughout the event, there will be a variety of games available to play including Ladder Ball, Bocce Ball, Spike Ball, and Cornhole. This will be a fun day for anyone who enjoys games, food, the outdoors, and art!

Come with The Hospitality Center to explore Duluth and the North Shore. We will be visiting some of the most popular spots along the North Shore such as Canal Park, Gooseberry Falls and Split Rock Lighthouse. We will also stop by Betty's Pies to grab lunch and try one of their "world famous" pies. Cost: $60/person for individual. $50/person for two or more.
SATURDAY, June 11th, 4-11PMBaseball is a popular American summer sport that you should experience at least one time while you're here. The game will last from around 7–9:30. Before the game, you will get to enjoy a BBQ with the volunteers from Real Church. Come enjoy watching the Saint Paul Saints play and have this unique cultural experience! |

This park offers miles of trails and many lakes for year-round outdoor sports, recreation and environmental education. This will be a good time to meet new people, enjoy a picnic at the park, hike a little bit, and get outside during the beautiful summer months of Minnesota. Hosted by Metropolitan Baptist Church. |
SATURDAY, June 5th, 9:30 AM-2PMJoin us for a great day at Lake Independence Baker Park picnic ground. A friendly group of Chinese and American friends are hosting this picnic for anyone who wants to meet some friends, enjoy kayaking or canoeing and share a picnic meal together.

Thur. - Sat. June 2nd- 5thJoin us for a wondrous 4-day backpacking adventure on MN’s Superior Hiking Trail. It is moderately strenuous, but well worth the effort! We will travel approximately 13 miles with full packs, camping 3 nights along the trail. The area that we will be in is some of the most spectacular in the state of Minnesota with dense forest, scenic vistas of Lake Superior, tall, rocky outcroppings, and beautiful forest streams. |

We would love to have students be a part of this fun day as well. There will be international food, games and live music. Join us for an online panel presentation about the history of MLK Jr. Day and current racial challenges in the US. You’ll also hear about the experiences of two individuals from diverse backgrounds here in the Twin Cities—a Chinese international student who became a working professional, and a Hispanic immigrant. The event will conclude with a discussion about life as an international student in Minnesota and what lessons you’d like to take back with you to your home country.

Many children around the world don't have enough food to grow and be healthy. We have the opportunity to change that! Come help feed children in need by packing food with Feed My Starving Children at a local church!

Join for another fun night of badminton, snacks, and conversation at Plymouth Covenant Church! As a special bonus, a few immigrants will talk about their journey to the US. For transportation, meet at The Hospitality Center at 5:15 pm and plan to return by 9:45 pm.
